Group Classes are mostly free and require prior booking through Snap App (

Selected Group Classes are chargeable (by Celebrity Trainers) and members are required to make payment at point of booking.

To ensure resources are optimised, Member will be charged $10 Cancellation Fee:
– Cancellation with less than 12hours notice from class appointment
– No-Show

Classes are exclusive to Home Club members only.

Classes and schedule are subject to changes based on Trainers’ availability.

5BX Strength Foundation / Wellness 6

Felix has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, having worked with corporate and individual clients. He has also previously worked in various fitness companies as Personal Trainer, and conduct various group classes.

Whether your goal is to gain muscle mass or weight loss, Felix will work with you closely to develop the right training program, based on your needs.

Felix has developed a basic wellness exercise program, Wellness 6, that is suitable even for senior citizens. He also conducts 5BX Strength Foundation that make use of resistance bands to strengthen your core muscles.

HIIT Super 5S

Bernard, certified personal and group fitness trainer, have conducted fitness classes for various organisations, including Certis, SCDF, NUS and polytechnics.

Bernard believes that Fitness is a journey without a destination, achieving your goals is just a start of a new journey.

Bernard’s qualifications include Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA), Sport Nutrition Specialist (NCSF), Fitness Instructor Course (Sports Singapore), Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science (PSB) and Fluid X Foundation (AFAA, NASM).

Shafiq a seasoned group trainer, and over five years of experience in leading dynamic and engaging group fitness classes.

Shafiq is not only a certified fitness professional but also brings a unique background as a Physical Training Instructor in the Singapore Armed Forces.

Shafiq’s training style is characterized by a perfect blend of motivation, energy, and a deep understanding of fitness principles. His passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals is evident in every session he conducts.

Having honed his skills in various group class settings, Shafiq has the ability to create an inclusive and supportive environment where participants feel encouraged to push their limits.
