Is the gym open 24 hours?

Yes, Snap Fitness Pasir Ris and Snap Fitness Toa Payoh is accessible 24hours a day, 7 days a week. Counter staff work only during typical business hours.

Can I go to any Snap Fitness gym in Singapore?

Yes, all Snap Fitness gyms are accessible by any Snap Fitness members, even overseas! However, you are required to maintain >50% visit over a 3-month period at Home Club (where you signed up at), otherwise, your membership will be transferred to the most frequently visited club and you will lose the preferential rates and benefits offered by Home Club. New Club has the right to impose prevailing rates to transferred member.

How much is the membership price?

What happens if I change my mind after sign-up?

Snap Fitness Pasir Ris Mall and Toa Payoh allow new member to cancel within 5 days from sign-up, as part of cooling-off period. This apply only for monthly recurring (at least 6 month period and above). Member does not need to furnish any reason if they terminate during the cooling-off period. Cooling-off period does not apply to Trial, 1-month contract membership or 3-month contract membership.  

Any termination after the 5th day, will be subjected to Termination’s conditions and penalties, as per membership contract agreement. 

What are the facilities available?

Snap Fitness Pasir Ris Mall and Snap Fitness Toa Payoh provide gym equipment for cardio, strength or function, from leading brands Matrix and Ziva. Body scan, music entertainment, vending machine services, Locker, Shower and Toilet facilities are available.  

Can I read the sample membership contract before signup?

Yes, we are transparent about our policies and you may peruse the sample document here.

What is the minimum age to join?

All members must be at least 14 years of age. Members 16 years and below are to obtain their parent’s sign-off of Legal Indemnity in person. 

How do I book classes/appointments?

You can view available classes here, and book through member app (Snap or Glofox app). Simply login with the email used during membership registration. 

I have received free promo services such as InBody, PT session. How do I redeem?

My debit/credit card has expired. How do I update?

There are 3 ways to update your debit/credit card:

a. Download member app (Snap / Glofox app) here. You can login with your the email used for Membership and update your credit card details using the app 

b. Whatapp Whatsapp Pasir Ris Central (8382 8792) or Toa Payoh (8382 8792) to update over phone

c. Visit during staffed hours to update in person 

I am going overseas for holiday/on reservist/personal matters and I wish to suspend my membership for that period.

Each pause of membership will be charged at $30/time, and total duration of pause cannot exceed 3 months in the membership contract period.  Each pause is based on one, two or three months.

I have suffered any injury and unable to gym. I would like to suspend my membership.

Please submit your doctor’s letter on your medical condition to finance@othello.com.sg. Company will then review the case. Pause fee i charged at $30/time, and total duration of pause cannot exceed 3 months in the contract period. 

What happens when I missed my payments?

When payment is missed, or attempt to charge to card fails, from 5th day onwards, card access to gym will be restricted and you can only visit during staffed hours. Late payment fee of $15 per transaction will be charged on monthly basis until the transaction is paid.

I wish to terminate my membership contract.

If you are relocating overseas for studies/stay/work that ends within the membership contract period, you may opt for Pause of membership, which will resume when you return. Pause of membership is charged at $30/time. 

If your stay away from Singapore passes contract expiry, you may email to finance@othello.com.sg with supporting documents. 

Termination fee is charged at 1 month’s membership fees or $100 whichever is greater. 

Early Termination (for reasons not related to Overseas Relocation/Permanent Medical Disability) is not allowed.

I wish to exercise after midnight or early morning.

Our clubs are open 24 hours. Members using the gym during early morning may wish to note the following:

Gym Lights Off 

  • Tap your card at Main Door to activate lighting in the gym.

Auto Lights off after 60mins

  • If our sensors do not detect movement in the gym for 60mins, the lights will auto-off. Please ensure you do not remain in one spot, station or toilet for more than 60mins, especially if alone in the gym.
I signed up at Snap Fitness Pasir Ris/Toa Payoh. Why is it that my membership profile shows another Snap Fitness club?

Membership Terms and Agreement stipulate that any member whom visit other Snap Fitness clubs more than Home Club (first club you signed up at), will be transferred to the new Club. Your membership privileges and matters will be managed by the New Home Club. Any unused credits or benefits will not be transferred to the new Home Club. For any membership matters, please contact your new Home Club www.snapfitness.com/sg/gyms

If you like your Home Club to be Snap Fitness Pasir Ris/Toa Payoh, to enjoy our exclusive free group classes, you may wish to resume visiting our Club and the system will transfer you back to our Club after 3 months.

I did not sign up at Snap Fitness Toa Payoh. What is it that my membership profile shows Snap Fitness Toa Payoh as Home Club?

Membership Terms and Agreement stipulate that any member whom visit other Snap Fitness clubs more than Home Club (first club you signed up at), will be transferred to the new Club. Your membership privileges and matters will be managed by the New Home Club. Snap Fitness Toa Payoh warmly welcome you to your new Home. You may wish to check out free exclusive group classes at www.othello.com.sg/toapayoh/class. For any assistance, please Whatsapp 8382 8792. Our staffed hours are typically 12pm-9pm daily.

I wish to opt out of marketing messages from Snap Fitness.

You may opt out of marketing messages by logging in to your Membership account using Snap Fitness/Glofox app. Alternatively, you may Whatsapp our Club to request. 

However, please note that we will continue to send messages pertaining to billing and Club’s key updates to you.
