Yes, our gyms are accessible 24/7, staffed from 10am to 10pm.

Yes, members can access all Snap Fitness gyms worldwide. However, you are required to maintain >50% visit over a 3-month period at your Home Club (where you signed up), otherwise, your membership will be transferred to the most frequently visited club and you will lose the preferential rates and benefits offered by your Home Club. Your new Home Club will have the right to impose prevailing rates to transferred members.

Snap Fitness Toa Payoh and Pasir Ris allows new members to cancel their membership within 5 days of signing up, as part of cooling-off period. This applies only for monthly recurring (minimum 6 month period). Member will not have to furnish any reason for terminating during the cooling-off period. Cooling-off period does not apply to Trial, 1-month contract membership or 3-month contract membership.

Snap Fitness Toa Payoh and Pasir Ris provide gym equipment for cardio, strength, and function from leading brands Matrix and Ziva. We also provide body scans, music entertainment, vending machine services, lockers, showers, and toilet facilities.

All members must be at least 14 years of age. Members 16 years and below are to obtain their parent’s sign-off of Legal Indemnity in person.

You can view available classes here, and book through Snap App. Simply login with the email used during your membership registration.

There are 3 ways you can update your debit/credit card:

  1. Download Snap App. You can log in with your email used for your membership and update your credit card details using the app
  2. Whatsapp us to update over the phone
  3. Visit us during staffed hours (10am to 10pm) to update in person

You can pause your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Each pause of your membership will be $30/request.

To request for pause/suspension, please contact us on Whatsapp.

Please submit your doctor’s letter on your medical condition to finance@othello.com.sg and we will review the case.

When payment is missed or attempt to charge your card fails, from the 3rd day onwards, card access to the gym will be restricted and you can only visit during staffed hours. Late payment free of $15 per transaction will be charged on a monthly basis until the money owed is paid.

If you are relocating overseas for studies/stay/work that ends within the membership contract period, you may opt for pausing of membership, which will resume when you return. 

If your stay away from Singapore passes contract expiry, please email finance@othello.com.sg with supporting documents and we will review the case.

Termination fee is charged at 1 month’s membership fees or $100, whichever is greater.

Early termination for reasons not related to overseas relocation or permanent medical disability is not allowed.

Our clubs are open 24/7. Members using the gym in the early morning may wish to note the following:

  1. Gym Lights off – tap your card at the main door to activate lighting in the gym.
  2. Auto Lights off after 60 minutes – if our sensors do not detect movement in the gym for 60 minutes, the lights will automatically turn off. Please ensure you do not remain in one spot, station, or toilet for more than 60 minutes, especially if alone in the gym.

Membership Terms and Agreement stipulate that any member whom visit other Snap Fitness clubs more than Home Club (where you signed up at), will be transferred to the new club. Your membership privileges and matters will be managed by the new Home Club. Any unused credits or benefits will not be transferred to the new Home Club. For any membership matters, please contact your new Home Club.

If you would like your Home Club to be Snap Fitness Toa Payoh/Pasir Ris, you may wish to resume visitng our club and the system will transfer you back to our club after 3 months.

Membership Terms and Agreement stipulate that any member whom visit other Snap Fitness clubs more than Home Club (where you signed up), will be transferred to the new club.
